Concerns about school violence

School violence is a growing problem in the United States. We have seen incidents of school violence in many different schools around the country just this year alone. Our parents, teachers, school administrators went to school when violence wasn't such a big issue. My opinion is since they are not use to seeing violence happening at school, they are not quiet sure how to react if a situation like shootings, bomb threats, gangs happen. I believe that school violence can be prevented. This blog is all about how to prevent school violence, things parents can do, students can do, teachers and school administrators, and even the country can do. School violence is such a big concern today. As Victoria Rossetti says in her article, teens are influenced by many things today: t.v and magazines, peer pressure, and they may also depressed. This is a growing problem that needs to be addressed. There are many steps that can be taken that can keep teens safer in school. Join me as I explore options that will keep teens safer in school.

I agree that teens are influnced in many different ways now a days and teeens start getting this ideal image about what group they are in. If they are of the gang like group and they take that image an create it into reallity!!
